So how does the DSC help our
community?

 | | In 2007-08, 3,017 clients were served in Henderson County. 91% of the |

The Dispute Settlement Center (DSC) of Henderson County
was established in 1984 as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit agency with
a mission to offer and promote alternative dispute resolution
processes to the residents of Henderson County. The staff
and the more than 40 professionally-trained volunteers
provide a wide range of services to our community.
The DSC is a United Way agency and a member of the
Mediation Network of North Carolina, the NC Bar Association,
the National Association for Conflict Resolution and the
Facilitated Solutions of WNC.

Sign up now for an opportunity to be a part of the Bob Silvia Memorial golf tournament.
This year the Henderson County Family YMCA & Dispute Settlement Center have
joined together to help our local youth programs. Please click in this box to link to
the sign-up sheet. This year's tournament will be played August 13th, 2009 at
Etowah Valley Golf Course. Cost to play is $105 per player and this year we are
